Jess has made a big impact since joining Hoffmann Murtaugh at the start of 2021. In that timeframe, she has held three positions – most recently, she was promoted to Senior Communications & Content Manager. Not only is she the force behind HM’s brand, but she also helps service our clients earned, shared, and owned media needs. In this role, she is responsible for implementing a variety of social media, content marketing, and communications tactics and campaigns. In addition, she assists in building, managing, and overseeing the growth and development of the ESO department. Jess also serves as an Account Manager for one of our national clients, where she fosters the brand/agency relationship and helps the client to exceed all of their marketing goals.

Her previous work experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant Marketing Specialist at WVU’s LaunchLab Network, the Executive Assistant to the President at WVJC, and she also was the Founder of her own company, Mountain Momma Boarding. Jess received a B.S.J. in Strategic Communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in fashion merchandising as well as a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her friends and family.
