Jill started at Hoffmann Murtaugh in 2020 as an Associate Media Director and quickly used her Account Management talent to build strong client relationships and grow Hoffmann Murtaugh’s capabilities specifically in client reporting and measurement. Since then, Jill has been promoted to Director of Client Success. In this position, Jill sets the overall vision and strategic plan for the Account Management organization, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. Her previous experiences with agencies, clients, and vendors include Citi, Discover, Butler/Till, Sigma Marketing, and Concentrix. Based in Rochester, NY, and passionate about community service, she serves on the board of the Volunteers of America Upstate NY chapter. When not working, Jill can be found snuggling her three dogs (Alfie, Ryan, and Peyton) or at a hockey game with her family. Jill’s favorite part of working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is being surrounded by intelligent media minds who continuously challenge and push her to learn and grow.
