Director of Media Activation

As the Director of Media Activation, Melissa oversees the digital and traditional buying teams at Hoffmann Murtaugh. She leads the team in the activation of cross-channel tactics, whether they are streaming video/audio, programmatic, display, native, paid social, SEM, or broadcast. She ensures media plans are activated to client KPI’s while adhering to industry standards and agency best practices. As the linear/digital landscape evolves, Melissa ensures the team is current on the most up-to-date trends and focuses on bringing innovation and organization to the team. When not at Hoffmann Murtaugh, Melissa can be found renovating her 120-year-old house, gardening or camping with her husband Tim, daughters Mila and Laena, and their dog, Ringo-Bingo.
