Mark specializes in aligning strategy, execution, and performance ensuring that marketing programs translate into tangible outcomes such as pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and long-term account value. He works closely with clients and internal teams to establish clear priorities, performance metrics, and operating rhythms that enable consistent, scalable delivery. His leadership has contributed to double-digit pipeline growth, improved campaign efficiency, and stronger client retention across key accounts.

Mark brings a unique perspective shaped by leadership roles across advisory, enterprise technology, and global brands. He previously served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Gartner, where he led positioning and go-to-market strategy informed by deep market and executive insight, while managing and scaling product marketing teams. His work helped strengthen market differentiation and supported increased pipeline contribution and improved conversion performance across strategic segments.

Prior to Gartner he held a leadership role at Paychex, driving go-to-market strategy and messaging for HR, payroll, and workforce solutions while leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales. In this position, he contributed to improved demand generation performance and enhanced alignment between marketing and sales, resulting in stronger pipeline visibility and growth.

Earlier in his career, Mark built a strong foundation in sales and marketing at Xerox, Nike and Hewlett Packard. This breadth gives him a well-rounded perspective across technology, operations, and brand-driven organizations.
